The Jordanian Olympic Committee Tuesday expressed its deep sadness over the death of a member of the national youth boxing team player, Rashid Sweissat, who died Monday evening as a result of an injury sustained during a boxing match Friday during the World Youth Boxing Championships in Poland.

The Jordanian Olympic Committee, represented by its president, His Highness Prince Faisal bin Al Hussein, and members of the board of directors and the Jordanian sports family, mourned the deceased Sweissat, and offered sincere condolences and sympathy to his family, colleagues and friends.
