A number of education directors in different regions of Jordan decided to suspend attendance in schools on Sunday due to the harsh weather conditions affecting Jordan.

- Petra district -

Education Directorate in the Petra District announced the suspension of attendance in all public and private schools in the district on Sunday.

- Shoubak district -

Education Directorate in the Shoubak District announced the suspension of attendance in all public and private schools in the district on Sunday.

- Al-Jafr district -

School attendance has been suspended in the district for the first three grades and kindergartens on Sunday.

- Tafila governorate -

Education Directorate in Tafila announced the suspension of attendance in all public and private schools in the governorate on Sunday.

- Al-Azraq -

Al-Azraq Al-Jadeeda Municipality in Zarqa Governorate, in coordination with the Governor of Zarqa Hassan Al-Jabour and the relevant authorities, announced the suspension of attendance in all public and private schools in Al-Azraq, in addition to schools of the Azraq camp for Syrian refugees on Sunday.
