Human Rights Watch stated that the ongoing bombing and targeting around Al-Shifa Medical Complex raises serious concerns about the safety of thousands of civilians.

The organization added Friday that it found no evidence to support the Israeli Occupation army's claims that Hamas' leadership headquarters is located under Al-Shifa Hospital.

It emphasized that all parties to the conflict are obliged to take precautions at all times to protect civilians.

Human Rights Watch called on world leaders to urge the Israeli Occupation to protect civilians and refrain from carrying out unlawful attacks.

The Israeli Occupation's aggression and its intensive shelling on the Gaza Strip, including the destruction of homes and infrastructure, entered its 35th day amid a complete blockade, a lack of basic life necessities, and fuel restrictions.

This came after Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, launched Operation Aqsa Typhoon on Oct. 7 in response to Israeli Occupation violations in the occupied Palestinian territories.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced that the death toll from the Israeli Occupation aggression has risen to 10,812 martyrs, including 4,412 children, 2,918 women, and 667 elderly people, with 26,905 others injured since Oct. 7.

According to the Hebrew Broadcasting Authority, the number of Israeli Occupation soldiers and settlers killed reached 1,538, including 354 soldiers, with around 5,000 others injured.
