The Ministry of Health in Gaza confirmed the spread of Hepatitis A due to overcrowding in shelter centers in the Gaza Strip.

As the Israeli Occupation's aggression on the besieged strip continues, along with the shortage of medical and relief supplies, the ministry reiterated its warnings of the potential suspension of blood laboratory testing, specifically the Complete Blood Count (CBC), at any moment due to the lack of necessary materials.

The ministry spokesperson, Ashraf al-Qudra, highlighted the depletion of nitrous oxide in operating rooms and a severe shortage of other medical gases.

Despite ongoing urgent appeals, al-Qudra confirmed that 350,000 chronically ill patients in the Gaza Strip are now without medication, warning of serious health complications faced by them.
