Four people are currently being treated for "non-life threatening injuries" after a stabbing attack in a Sydney church today, Monday - local emergency services have said, cited by Agence France-Presse (AFP).
The attack was captured on a live stream, which took place during a service at an Assyrian church west of Sydney - “Christ the Good Shepherd Church”.
The footage shows a man approaching the altar, and attacking the preacher with a knife, prompting panic and screams among the crowd attending the service.
The ambulance service told AFP that “four men aged between 20 and 70 were being treated for injuries, including lacerations.”
