Jordan Meteorological Department warned of the slippery roads in areas expected to experience rainfall on Saturday, particularly in the southern regions of the kingdom, as scattered showers are anticipated.

The Department cautioned citizens of reduced visibility due to dust, especially in desert areas.

According to the forecast, temperatures are expected to decrease on Saturday, approaching seasonal averages for this time of year. The weather will be unstable and mild in most areas, with relatively hot conditions in the valleys, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba, accompanied by the appearance of medium and high-level clouds.

In the afternoon, scattered showers are expected in southern Jordan, with moderate northerly winds occasionally stirring up dust, especially in desert regions.

Saturday night will see a cool trend over high mountainous areas and mild conditions elsewhere, with clouds at medium and high altitudes and light northwesterly winds.
