The Jordanian Armed Forces - the Arab Army, carried out seven joint air drops of humanitarian and food aid targeting several locations in the northern Gaza Strip - a statement by the JAF said today.

The air drops included relief and humanitarian aid to support the people in the Gaza Strip, due to the ongoing Israeli war on the sector.

Participating in the aid drop operation were one aircraft each from the Royal Jordanian Air Force (RJAF), Arab Republic of Egypt, Britain, and three aircraft from the United States, and one from the Federal Republic of Germany - the statement added.

The JAF confirmed their ongoing commitment to sending humanitarian and medical aid through an airlift, delivering them via aid planes from Marka Airport to Al-Arish International Airport, or through airdrops over the Gaza Strip or ground aid convoys, to assist the people in the Gaza Strip in overcoming the difficult conditions, embodying the spirit of cooperation and solidarity between the people - per the statement.

The number of air drops carried out by the Jordanian Armed Forces, since the start of the “Israeli” aggression on the Strip, has risen to 90 airdrops, and 225 air drops in cooperation with partner countries.
