Students and activists supporting Gaza set up tents in front of the National Autonomous University of Mexico, the country's largest university.

The students voiced their rejection of the ongoing aggression in Gaza and their solidarity with student protests in the United States, where similar protests have taken place in recent weeks and some were met by arrests from police.

The students have raised Palestinian flags and chanted slogans like "Long live free Palestine" and "From the river to the sea."

Their demands included cutting diplomatic and trade ties with Israeli Occupation by the Mexican government.

Similar protests have taken place at around 30 American universities in recent weeks.

In response, university officials in the US and Europe are trying to balance between supporting freedom of expression and concerns about hate speech and anti-Semitism.

- Aggression on Gaza -

Regarding the continued aggression against Gaza, the Israeli Occupation has persisted in its attacks for 210 days, resulting in numerous civilian casualties, destruction of infrastructure, and targeting displaced people's tents.

The death toll has reached 34,596 martyrs and 77,816 wounded since October 7.

- Operation Aqsa Typhoon -

Hamas's military wing, the Al-Qassam Brigades, launched Operation Aqsa Typhoon in response to Israeli Occupation violations in Palestinian territories, while the occupation launched its own military operation, named "Iron Swords," resulting in significant casualties and destruction of buildings, residential towers, and infrastructure in Gaza.

The Israeli Occupation army has witnessed 608 deaths and 3,330 injuries since October 7, with varying degrees of severity among the wounded.
