In the ongoing aggression between Israeli Occupation and Gaza, the Israeli Occupation military continued its attacks on the Gaza Strip for the 216th consecutive day.

Bombings targeted various areas, including Rafah, Khan Yunis, and the Zaytoun neighborhood, resulting in the deaths of 55 Palestinians. In response, the military wings of Hamas and Islamic Jihad, Al-Qassam Brigades, and Al-Quds Brigades respectively, engaged in clashes with Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF).

Hamas accused Israeli Occupation of using ceasefire negotiations in Cairo as a pretext to invade Rafah, with a member of the political bureau, Izzat al-Rishq, stating that Benjamin Netanyahu is attempting to avoid negotiations and shift blame.

Meanwhile, US President Joe Biden warned Israeli Occupation against further escalation, stating that his administration will not provide new weapons if the occupation invades Rafah and its residential areas.

The United Nations expressed concerns over the humanitarian situation in Gaza, with no humanitarian aid entering the area through main crossings, exacerbating challenges amid ongoing hostilities. Major medical facilities are at risk of becoming inaccessible or inoperable.

The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) confirmed the continued closure of the Karam Abu Salem crossing.
