US President Joe Biden has issued an “ultimatum” for the “Israeli” Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to protect the Palestinian civilians ahead of the planned invasion of the city of Rafah. Otherwise, US policy will change – An American official has said, quoted by Reuters.

Biden threatened Netanyahu that US policy will change if no efforts were made to protect civilians.

The official added that the decision to pause a US weapons shipment that was destined for “Israel” came after a phone call between Biden and Netanyahu a month ago after seven aid workers from the World Central Kitchen (WCK) were killed in an “Israeli” airstrike that targeted their vehicle while on humanitarian duty.

The “Israeli” war cabinet is set to meet this evening to discuss the Biden administration’s decision to pause a weapons shipment ahead of a looming “Israeli” invasion of the city of Rafah in the Gaza Strip.

Another meeting for the national security cabinet is slated two hours later – one official told the “The Times of Israel”.

The official added that the “Israeli” reaction to the US pause is largely the same as Netanyahu’s statement earlier – where he vowed that the Israeli Occupation will fight with their fingernails in the Gaza Strip if they have, per his expression.
