The Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) said that a tank stepped on a wasp nest in the southern Gaza Strip earlier today, which injured 12 IOF soldiers after being stung.
The wounded were evacuated from the site to receive medical care, and their families have been informed – according to the statement.

Earlier today, the United Nations reported today that over 100,000 Gazans have fled the southern city of Rafah, only mere days after the IOF invaded and took over the Palestinian side of the Rafah Border Crossing – ahead of an expected large-scale invasion of the city of Rafah itself.
"More than 100,000 people have fled Rafah," said Hamish Young, UNICEF's senior emergency coordinator in the Gaza Strip, at a briefing in Geneva via video-link from Rafah.
