Watch building of US Embassy in Amman in 1990
On its Facebook official page, the US Embassy in Amman published photos taken around 30 years ago of the Embassy building and the surrounding area, before the West Amman area became crowded with buildings.
The photos captioned, "We recently came across these pictures – available in the US National Archives – of the US Embassy in Jordan under construction way back in 1990."
