Tourism Minister lights Christmas tree in Baptism Site of Jesus Christ
The Minister of Tourism Nayef al-Fayez lit the Christmas tree in al-Maghtas area, also known as the Baptism Site of Jesus Christ.
The Baptism Site of Jesus Christ is an archaeological World Heritage site on the east bank of the Jordan River. It is located nine kilometers north of the Dead Sea.
