The government’s daily coronavirus announcement revealed the occupancy rates in hospitals designated to treat COVID-19 patients across Jordan as of Tuesday, Feb. 15.

The occupancy rates in hospitals in northern region:

-Isolation beds: 29 percent

-Intensive care units: 43 percent

-Artificial respirators: 19 percent

The occupancy rates in hospitals in central region:

-Isolation beds: 30 percent

-Intensive care units: 48 percent

-Artificial respirators: 23 percent

The occupancy rates in hospitals in southern region:

-Isolation beds: 18 percent

-Intensive care units: 19 percent

-Artificial respirators: 10 percent

Jordan recorded 22 deaths and 18,477 new coronavirus cases Tuesday.
