The government’s daily coronavirus announcement revealed the occupancy rates in hospitals designated to treat COVID-19 patients across Jordan as of Sunday, Jan. 30.

The occupancy rates in hospitals in northern region:

-Isolation beds: 14 percent

-Intensive care units: 30 percent

-Artificial respirators: eight percent

The occupancy rates in hospitals in central region:

-Isolation beds: 28 percent

-Intensive care units: 40 percent

-Artificial respirators: 18 percent

The occupancy rates in hospitals in southern region:

-Isolation beds: 10 percent

-Intensive care units: nine percent

-Artificial respirators: eight percent

Jordan recorded 19 deaths and 11,833 new coronavirus cases Sunday.
