Wednesday, the State Security Court (SSC) sentenced two defendants to 10 years in prison with temporary hard labor charged with forming a criminal gang specialized in robbing pharmacies in the capital, Amman.
The two suspects had committed two felonies of forming a gang with the intent of carrying out robbery acts and carried out 4-time repeat theft crimes, indictment sheets show.
The suspects also formed a criminal gang and carried out robbery operations against four pharmacies in Amman in 2018, and stole cash at gunpoint.
