The Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) prevented worshippers from reaching Al-Aqsa Mosque for Friday prayers, assaulting them in the Wadi al-Joz neighborhood of occupied Jerusalem.

Te IF fired rubber-coated bullets and tear gas at the worshippers, physically attacking some of them.

A few managed to reach Al-Aqsa Mosque for Friday prayers after the IOF imposed strict military measures on the entry of worshippers into the Old City and the mosque.

This marks the fifth consecutive Friday of suppressing worshippers, as the Israeli Occupation authorities continue to deny them access to Al-Aqsa Mosque, leading them to pray in the streets of the Wadi al-Joz neighborhood adjacent to the Old City, according to the Palestinian news agency WAFA.
