Daesh claimed responsibility for the bus bombing in a neighborhood in Kabul, the capital of Afghanistan, where two people were killed and 14 others were injured on Saturday as a result of the explosion, according to AFP.
Kabul Police spokesperson, Khalid Zadran, stated that the explosion occurred in the Dasht-e Barchi neighborhood. Preliminary information indicates that two individuals inside the bus were killed, and 14 others were injured and transported to the hospital.
“We detonated an explosive device inside a crowded bus carrying polytheists in the Dasht-e Barchi area west of the capital (Kabul), resulting in the killing and injuring of around 20 individuals,” according to a Daesh statement.
