The representative of the Highway Patrol Department in the Public Security Directorate, Captain Amer Bani Nasr, stated that a rollover accident occurred at 10:00pm yesterday, Wednesday, at the Al-Mushayrifa intersection on the Irbid-Amman highway.

Bani Nasr said that the incident resulted in the injury of five people, who were ambulated to the state hospital of Jerash by civil defense personnel.

Additionally, it was revealed that a vehicle travelling from 80 to 150 kilometers per hour had been seized on the Dead Sea Shouna road.

Bani Nasr called for the need to focus while driving and avoid distractions. 

He reiterated the need to drive at a speed commensurate with prevailing weather conditions and road conditions.
