A Dutch court ruled Monday, following a request submitted by human rights organizations, that the Netherlands must stop exporting spare parts for F-35 fighter jets used by “Israel” in their aggression against the Strip.

The organizations stated that providing “Israel” with these parts contributes to the alleged violations of international law committed by the Israeli Occupation in its aggression against Gaza.

"The court orders the State to cease all actual export and transit of F-35 parts with final destination Israel within seven days after service of this judgment," said the ruling.

Parts for the F-35 fighter jet are actually owned by the United States but are stored in a warehouse in the Netherlands then shipped to the Israeli Occupation per the existing agreements between the parties.
