Jordan is expected to experience cold and rainy weather during the first days of Eid al-Fitr, necessitating the use of winter clothing, announced Arabia Weather on Saturday.
Towards the end of Ramadan, a relatively cold air mass is expected to affect the country, leading to a significant drop in temperatures compared to previous days.
On Tuesday, there is a likelihood of atmospheric instability, creating conditions for scattered thunderstorms across various regions of Jordan, including the capital, Amman.
Moving into Wednesday, the first day of Eid al-Fitr, temperatures are anticipated to decrease further, with Amman seeing a maximum temperature of around 15 degrees Celsius. The weather will be partly cloudy to overcast, with intermittent rainfall and strong westerly winds, reaching speeds of up to 70 km/h, particularly in southern areas.
However, signs indicate that stability will gradually return to the atmosphere by Wednesday night into Thursday, accompanied by a gradual warming trend for the remaining days of Eid.
